Your fuse board plays a crucial role in the safety of your home. Your fuse board trips when the circuit is overloaded or over heated. This helps to prevent fires and damage.

There are two kinds of fuse boards, the old style with the fuse you can replace, or the newer ones with the switch. The older ones are less reliable and  take longer to trip. It is always a good idea to get it checked out.
